3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

The App offers both free and premium (subscription-based) features:

• Free Tier: Basic cleaning features with advertisement-supported access
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features without advertisements

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow Apple's subscription terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Ensure you have the right to delete any content you choose to remove
• Maintain backups of important data before using cleaning features
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Data Deletion Disclaimer

Important: When you use the App to delete photos, videos, contacts, or calendar events, those items are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" folder (where applicable) or permanently removed. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the cleaning features. We strongly recommend backing up your device regularly.

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the free version, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Ad content is provided by third parties and we do not endorse or guarantee any advertised products or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All duplicate or similar files will be accurately identified
• Storage space savings will meet specific expectations
• The App will be compatible with all device configurations

9. Limitation of Liability
